Kevin Swayne currently operates out of two locations: The primary studio at 518 Main Street in Covington, KY and an annex studio at 415 Davis Lane, Walton, KY. He is the only stylist that works out of the Walton location.

Swayne on Main occupies the first floor of the Main Street building, while husband and wife team, James Watts & Allison Muldoon, operate Runestone Piercing out of the second floor. These talented body artists boast 25 years of piercing experience between them.
